Communication, from start to finish, was excellent. Extremely flexible with scheduling, for both the estimate and the final job. The price was reasonable and comparable to other companies who provided estimates. It was the professional customer service that made my final decision on who to hire. On the day the job was done, the work was thorough and exceeded expectations. My property and belongings were treated with respect and left how they were found, with the exception of the house, garage, and sidewalks, which were ten times as clean. I'm very satisfied and would re-hire for future work.

Jason is a great communicator which is so important to a home owner in need of a contractor of any kind. I needed my gutters cleaned and my house power washed within a few days before putting it on the market. Jason's team did it within my time frame which totally pleased my Realtor. What a wonderful job! This contractor reached out to me within 12 hours of my posting and had my service schedule right away. The contractor that was sent out, Jeremy, arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He did a wonderful job of power washing our house and cleared out all of our gutters and down spouts. I can't wait to have them back out in the fall for gutter cleaning!

I am very pleased with the work. The windows look great and the guys were helpful in identifying screens that need repaired. They were very polite and neat, they covered their shoes before walking in my house. The only thing they could do better is to be sure the sills are all clean. I noticed a few that still has bugs in them.

Everything went well. There were 2 very nice hardworking guys who did an excellent job on the windows. They also cleaned the driveway and it looks as good as new!!!!

Our pricing is extremely competitive. We've been doing this type of work for a long time now. On average BPW sells around 80% of our new customers. We like to believe it's because our prices are fair and the quality of our service is impeccable!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers have several options for quotes. Here on Thumbtack - they will receive our BEST valued price we can offer. We then setup a time/date for the service to be completed and confirmation is sent to their email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has nearly 20yrs. of experience in doing exterior cleaning projects. The team is knowledgeable and trained to make sure we're able to tackle ANY of your exterior cleaning needs!
