- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes it is hard to price unforeseen events. This is why I align myself with people who specialize in there trade such as furnace work, electrical, or drain issues. I always give an owner options in pricing to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to take so many hours of classroom study. I also take classes in Landlord and Tennant Laws and Fair Housing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Interviewing people and working with their financial liablities
