- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Licensed, bonded and insured plumbers take their responsibility to protect the HEALTH, SAFETY and WELFARE of their customers, and the public. WE have to be tested, carry significant insurance, and financial backing, and keep educating ourselves. Safety is very important, and our work can be very dangerous. Today, newly licensed plumbers have a state and federal criminal background check, and have all licensed plumbers have to re-verify with the state that there are no changes in this status. We also by state law have to show our license number on our vehicles, business cards, letter heads, invoices. you can check to see if the plumber's license is in good standing by going to the following link: http://elicense4-lookup.com.ohio.gov/SearchCriteria.asp
