I HAD DAN YOUR PLUMBER REMODEL MY BATH ROOM. HE DID A GREAT JOB, IT LOOKS WONDERFUL. HE ALSO MADE A LOT OF GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE DIFFERENT WAYS THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE, AND THE CORRECT WORKMANSHIP THAT THE OTHER WANT TO BE PLUMBERS DON'T DO. FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Annually, we have to take a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education. You will find your better plumbers taking many more hours than the minimum, and take their hours throughout the year. Plumbing is now incorporating many things that have been proven in the HVAC field with respect to energy savings and control.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I like my customers to be informed, with fair, unbiased facts and compare me to my worthy competitors. A worthy competitor is one who has a valid OCILB State issued Plumbing License without any blemishes on his record.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Licensed, bonded and insured plumbers take their responsibility to protect the HEALTH, SAFETY and WELFARE of their customers, and the public. WE have to be tested, carry significant insurance, and financial backing, and keep educating ourselves. Safety is very important, and our work can be very dangerous. Today, newly licensed plumbers have a state and federal criminal background check, and have all licensed plumbers have to re-verify with the state that there are no changes in this status. We also by state law have to show our license number on our vehicles, business cards, letter heads, invoices. you can check to see if the plumber's license is in good standing by going to the following link: http://elicense4-lookup.com.ohio.gov/SearchCriteria.asp
