Introduction: My service stands out because I pay attention to detail in having the right form and range of motion in every work. If you are trying to lose or gain weight I will train and teach you the right technique and proper form with the right weight to use pertaining to what workout or exercise you are training on that day. At home or working out in a gym. My day job I'm a National Inspector for many different lenders and banks so I have to pay attention to detail daily for each individual assignment and dealing with different people everyday. I also have Sports Training and Physical Therapy background in basketball from playing and having knee surgeries. Going through Physical Therapy helped me build my mind and body back up from ground zero. I have a solid workouts in Injury prevention/injury rehab. What really stands out about my training is 1.(Motivation)- In keeping the workouts fun and not boring. 2.     I charge $40 an hour but I am willing to reduce that based off of the customer needs. I just want to be fair.

    I had injuries over the years that led me in to physical therapy. While going through rehabilitation I developed a passion for healthy fitness.
