- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for any one time or first time cleanings. We allow new clients to place a CAP on the amount of time the staff stays to clean. This helps clients budget that first cleaning. Our weekly, and every other week clients receive FIXED pricing. They know exactly how much each cleaning will costs regardless of how long it takes to clean. Our customers love this pricing model.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is not a week that goes by that I'm not reading several newsletters, magazines, books, videos, etc to improve myself and stay on top of the latest technologies and laws to provide the best service possible for our customers. I also work hard to provide my employees with a safe and fun work environment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential house cleaning to include dusting, vacuuming, scrub floors, and do a better job in bathrooms and kitchens than anyone in the world.
