What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thumbtack is new to me I m use to doing a in home estimate going over everything you want done then telling you price with thumbtack it’s backwards but if I do notice if job is over priced I do lower at Time we do walk thru before my team and I clean. First time cleans I bring 3 girls that way we are not taking hours of your time up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaned since I was 16 was a nurses Aide for 10 yrs I worked in nursing homes and in elderly/disabled homes cleaning , doing laundry and cooking for them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was 16 years old Cleaning an elderly couples home once a week also worked at a hotel Cleaning rooms till I was 19 then was a Nurses Aide for 10 yrs just 5 years ago decided to get back into Cleaning so I could make my own schedule and spend more time with my 2 Kids
