FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client's needs are unique and for that reason I do not adhere to the 'one price fits all' motif. I practice value based pricing in my practice. During our consultations, both the client and I determines the value of the services provided from the perspective of the business-owner client. I believe that value is in the eye of the beholder. I believe that this pricing model creates more organic interaction between client and accountant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer include at minimum, a one hour initial consultation. In this consultation I ask questions that allow myself to understand the customer's existing background and understand. From that information, I can better understand the customer's needs. I want to understand the customer's vision for their business to make sure that I align their services to achieve those goals. Together, we will come up with a plan to make sure that the customer and the business' needs are met, both now and in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both an undergrad and a graduate degree in accounting, business and forensic accounting. I have worked in the industry under Fortune 500 CFOs and CPAs. I have worked in a range of industries including non-profit, technology, professional services and manufacturing. I maintain continuing education credits voluntarily that satisfies the IRS Annual Filing Season Program. I am a Signing Certified Agent Specialist through the National Notary Association and background screened through the same agency.
