Not only do I attend legal seminars to keep up with the constantly changing laws in bankruptcy, I have also been asked to present at several local, regional, and national seminars. I've presented on many different bankruptcy topics at Cincinnati Bar events, the Midwestern Regional Bankruptcy Seminar, and at the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees.

At Zingarelli Law Office, we provide total financial solutions. Solutions to overwhelming debt. Solutions to creditor harassment and illegal creditor tactics. Solutions to the threat of home foreclosure and repossession. And solutions to wage garnishment and the threat of heat and electricity disconnection. We provide Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy solutions, debt negotiation, foreclosure defense, and various other services that help people with total debt relief.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking to hire an attorney to help you with your financial troubles look for someone that is knowledgeable, experienced, and that you feel comfortable with. Meet with someone face to face before signing a retainer agreement to make sure that you feel comfortable with them and the types of services they provide.
