Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We are highly experienced and professional. I've been in the business for 18 years, and our crew show up on time and will stay on the job until you are completely satisfied. All our employees are dedicated to their craftsmanship and our work meets all licensing, bonding, and insurance requirements in the area. Being a third generation carpenter, I enjoy the process of creating beautiful spaces and the people I get to engage with. I like to see families amazed at the transformation of their homes, whether its a simple door installation or a total kitchen remodel. Each project offers a unique experience and requires different steps to be taken, I've been on sites since I was a child and I still get to learn more all the time. Along the way I've met so many different people, it's truly rewarding to turn over a project to a client and see their amazement and satisfaction. Remodeling is a personal experience, one I think you should enjoy!

I hired Dream Catcher Renovations to install new vinyl siding and gutters on my home. After being told by another contractor that our home would need thousands in prep work to the walls to get the siding to look good, Brian provided us with solutions that stayed within our budget saving us thousands and now I have a beautiful home. I was very impressed with Brian's problem solving abilities and his attention to detail. His skills and expertise showed through in the end product. From his genuine and friendly disposition to his conscientious approach and skilled crew I highly recommend Dream Catcher and will definitely use them again.

I hired Brian Dullaghan to do some renovations for me, both inside and outside work, and I was glad I did. Whether he was building or repairing a wall, or just hanging some blinds for me, he was always pleasant and well-mannered. I found him to be trustworthy, considerate about my things, and at one point I gave him a key (can you believe it!) which made my life a lot easier. He is careful with his work, he enjoys it, and he takes pride in doing a good job. My first experience was so excellent, I never hesitate to call him back. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of work he provides.

The carpenters were excellent, professional, and polite. They were hard workers and completed the job on time and in an expert manner. We will contract them again for all our future needs.

Scheduled an appointment for Monday, November 7th at 3:30 PM. Rushed home from work, waited for over 30 minutes....no phone call, e-mail, anything. Just didn't show up.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because of the diversity of jobs I do as well as varying material cost, I cannot have a standard pricing system. Generally I conduct an estimate of how long a project will take and price accordingly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know my potential clients enough to know that we will be a good fit for each other. I like to have a well-rounded understanding of the project and what details are most important to my clients. Then I can create an estimate showing exactly how much the project will cost so that both my clients and I can move forward happily. By working closely with clients during the initial stages of a project, I am able to fully answer any questions throughout the building process and create spaces that truly catch the dream behind the renovation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified through OSHA, and International Vinyl Siding Institute (IVSI), I was trained and employed as a full-time site superintendent for Habitat for Humanity.
