Ceramic or Porcelain Tile Installation
I had a tile project and Brian sent Joe, the tile guy who did the job. Special type of natural stone tile required them to some extra stuff. Joe was great and the project looks great.Apr 27, 2017VerifiedDream Catcher Renovation's reply
Thanks John, call us anytime!
Joe Hamilton came and evened out shower floor (was very uneven) and installed tile. Made great cuts and everything looks great.Feb 10, 2017VerifiedDream Catcher Renovation's reply
Glad we could get this fixed for you Jon!
I want to thank Dream Catcher Renovation and Design for refinishing our bathroom! They removed our old builder grade bathtub and replaced it with a new 6 foot deep soak drop in tub. They also upgraded the plumbing, installed new cement board, large format tile up to the ceiling, mosaic accent strips and cubbies, exhaust fan, and new vanity light. Even though we encountered some set backs from the beginning, since it's an old house, Brian and his team were able to fix the issues efficiently and effectively. The finished product looks great! If you have any projects coming up, give them a call and let Brian and his team take a look!Mar 14, 2017Verified

Deck or Porch Repair
We hired Brian and his crew when we needed some work done on our porch. Brian came out personally to assess the damage, and gave us a thorough estimate (and explanation) regarding the work and materials that would be needed. His team completed the work within a few days of our meeting, and completed the job quickly. They left the surrounding area as they found it, cleaning up the considerable debris that piled up while doing the job. We have a great old house that will undoubtably require updating and repairs as time goes on. Brian and Dream Catcher will be our go-to guys for any future work. Highly recommended!Apr 23, 2017VerifiedDream Catcher Renovation's reply
Our pleasure Gene, we look forward to working with you again!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Because of the diversity of jobs I do as well as varying material cost, I cannot have a standard pricing system. Generally I conduct an estimate of how long a project will take and price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know my potential clients enough to know that we will be a good fit for each other. I like to have a well-rounded understanding of the project and what details are most important to my clients. Then I can create an estimate showing exactly how much the project will cost so that both my clients and I can move forward happily. By working closely with clients during the initial stages of a project, I am able to fully answer any questions throughout the building process and create spaces that truly catch the dream behind the renovation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through OSHA, and International Vinyl Siding Institute (IVSI), I was trained and employed as a full-time site superintendent for Habitat for Humanity.
