- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the diversity of jobs I do as well as varying material cost, I cannot have a standard pricing system. Generally I conduct an estimate of how long a project will take and price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my potential clients enough to know that we will be a good fit for each other. I like to have a well-rounded understanding of the project and what details are most important to my clients. Then I can create an estimate showing exactly how much the project will cost so that both my clients and I can move forward happily. By working closely with clients during the initial stages of a project, I am able to fully answer any questions throughout the building process and create spaces that truly catch the dream behind the renovation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through OSHA, and International Vinyl Siding Institute (IVSI), I was trained and employed as a full-time site superintendent for Habitat for Humanity.
