My company has an on-going consulting relationship with Echelon Management. Originally our term was a few months. The company continued to help us in management growth and improve our sales strategies. We're now in our 10th year of consulting and we continue to adjust our business model to the changing landscape. Mark Faust is brilliant. We don't know how he keeps up but he does. His book "Growth or Bust" is a mandatory read at my company. His team identified the exact area of distress and ignored the unimportant issues. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Mark Faust a few years ago. Mark was representing a major agriculture equipment company as a board member. Never allow yourself to become stagnate! Mark has provided us with a new perspective and tools that has allowed us to move beyond our expectations of ourselves. Its time to think outside of the box, to move beyond our own perspective and push ourselves to be better than we were yesterday and Mark can bring you to that point if you are willing to be receptive.
