After having two bad experiences with concrete contractors, we were hesitant to say the least about a third attempt. Met with Calvin and it was evident from the start that he was experienced in the work and open to our thoughts on the project. He made sure that we understood that they would not let us down. He gave us a solid start date, dependent on weather, and they were there, on date and on time! The crew knew what they were doing and worked well together removing the old drive and prepping the ground for the new. They were fast, with no wasted time or effort. What I assumed would be a longer time to completion, they shortened by a full day. Follow up with cleaning the site, restoring the grass and back filling was exceptional! We could not have been happier!! This crew makes no claims that they can't follow through with. All the neighbors were impressed with the work and how they took care of the street, cleaning and sweeping the work area! We have already spread the word on this job to others wanting concrete work done and would recommend them to anyone!! Our thanks to Calvin and the crew for their work!!!

Calvin is a class act. He communicated the scope of work and the schedule went as planned. They replaced my concrete driveway, stamped my walkway and tore out and replaced my blacktop drive on a rehab. I love the finished product and really enjoyed the process.

Calvin communicated very well and in a timely fashion. Although he ran into issues that he did not anticipate in tearing out and replacing steps, he kept me informed and continued to assure me all would work out. And it did. Despite weather issues as well , the project was completed and we are pleased.

Calvin came to my house on time and gave me a price for my stairs and walkway. It was a fair price and I hired his company. All his staff were friendly and professional. They did a FANTASTIC job. I have recommended CHCEC Construction to many people already. The stairs are a work of art. This is a great company and I highly recommended them. You wont get the run around.
