Pricing is based on the size of the project, prep work required, materials, and labor. I provide straightforward estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available depending on the project or timing. I focus on fair pricing that reflects quality workmanship and long-lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I communicate with the customer to understand their project and goals. Then I schedule a site visit if needed to evaluate the area and take measurements. After that, I provide a clear, honest estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the job efficiently, and leave the site clean. Communication stays open from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from over 25 years of hands-on experience in concrete and construction. I’ve worked in residential and commercial environments and have been trained on proper forming, reinforcement, finishing techniques, and job-site safety. Real-world experience has been the most valuable education in this trade.
