- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on class type, group size, and location. Discounts may be available for group training sessions. Same-day certification cards included. Mobile/on-site training available for an additional travel fee depending on distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer contacts us, we discuss their certification needs, preferred class type, and scheduling availability. We then confirm the appointment, provide any necessary instructions, and conduct hands-on training in a professional and supportive environment. Certification cards are issued upon successful completion of the course.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors have healthcare and nursing experience along with CPR, BLS, AED, and First Aid training. We provide professional, hands-on instruction focused on helping students build confidence and real-world emergency response skills.
