- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically provide estimates based on hours and materials. Invoiced weekly; some $$ up front is often necessary to purchase materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a long history in customer service both as a Manager with Coca-Cola and The Home Depot. I meet with a potential customer at their home and discuss the scope of the project, timeline, when they want us to work i.e. after 9 am so kids can get off to school, no weekends, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own several homes that I work on and rent out. This provides me with property management skills, home repair and home improvement experience. I have been working with Thumbtack clients, realtors, banks and investors for over 15 years.
