- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is a rough estimate of time and gas to drive to the property. It also includes rough estimate of cost from start to finish with limited information supplied by work order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get to know them along with there expectations for the project so they are 100 percent satisfied. I'm not satisfied if the customer is not satisfied. I take pride in my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to Fortis College for heating, air-conditioning, and commercial refrigeration. Have a universal epa license. Graduated with 4.0 high academics award. Held jobs in roofing, concrete, appliance repair, commercial refrigeration and appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical.
