- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the overall cost of a handyman in the general area. I don't upcharge for something that takes a little extra to get finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new costumers is first introducing myself. Then I would discuss the problem that you have and what it takes to fix that problem and at what cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
90% of my training was hands on. I started when I was young and my skills grew from there. The other 10% came from some college and some vocational training.
