Within 24 hours of going on Thumbtack and finding him, my gutter job is complete. He is thorough, professional, personable, reasonable and the kind of handyman (not electrical or plumbing though) that I would consider using again in the future. Furniture assembly!! I'm already looking for a new TV stand now that I know I can call him and he'll assemble it!

Spectacular service and workmanship. I can't say enough good things. Our installers were two of the kindest, hardest working guys I've ever met. They went above and beyond making sure everything worked and looked perfect. We will be hiring them again for sure. Affordable, fair pricing and a commitment to excellence. Hire them and you'll be happy you did!

The technician showed up.. get this.. early! I will describe the work I needed done as "difficult" and presented several obstacles to Mike, the technician, all of which he worked his way through. Mike gladly answered all questions I had and the finished product turned out perfect! He even went out of his way to help me mount a media component shelf on the wall under the TV.. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product, the cost of the service was much less than other installers quoted me. Highly recommended.

Valentino Contracting removed some knob & tube wiring for me. Very friendly, very professional and easy to work with. There was a slight error that tripped a circuit after Lee left, but he came back within 30 minutes of my calling them to fix it.

Doug was able to come out the day we first contact him to fix the worst of the problems with our new house's electrical. He came back a few days later to work on the rest. He's been a lifesaver. Excellent work.

Mr. Fred Logan with F&S Electric was very helpful in solving my electrical problems. Mr. Logan met me at my home on a Saturday afternoon to trouble shoot the problem. I assumed I needed to upgrade my service and increase the amount of amps coming into my home; however, that was not the case. Due to the age of my home, the size of the breaker panel was too small, with no room for adding more circuit breakers. There were other wiring issues that he pointed out to me that needed to be corrected. Based on our conversation, I could tell he was a very skilled electrician. The following Saturday, he came back to my home to install a larger breaker panel and to correct the wiring issues. During both visits, Mr. Logan was punctual and very professional.

I have employed Tom's Building Services for more than 5 years. On my personal home, he trim painted, installed h2o heater, bailed out a roofing contractor that didn't properly flash a chimney, tuck pointed, built hand rails on the deck, installed leaf gutter protection. He has also successfully completed electrical, plumbing, soffit repair, pressure washed and painted gables, on our rental properties. Tom is a talented , honest craftsman.

Top notch all around. Could not have had a better experience with an electrician meeting our home's needs. No better way to go for home improvement projects IMO.

I hired Jerry to do all of the plumbing for my new kitchen (install dishwasher, sink and fridge) as well as my new vessel sink in my bathroom. His bid was quite a bit higher than other plumbers, however his work was top notch. He went over everything before hand and I didn't need to stay there with him to make sure it was all done right. He even reworked some old plumbing to bring it up to code. It took the entire day, and cost a bit more but in the end the work was good and I know I won't have any issues going forward.

Donyvan and Sherri came to take ceiling fans down in one home and reinstall in a new home plus install another fan. They were scheduled the day before my actual move which is always a stressful time while packing. They arrived on time and got right to work. They cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job. I highly!! Recommend them for any electrical work you may have. It's rare to find such quality with subcontractors.

A home inspection revealed some potential electrical issues. I hired Scott to further asses the wiring of the entire house. Scott was able to put me on the schedule quickly. I felt I was able to make an educated decision on whether or not to proceed based on his inspection. Would absolutely hire again.

My wife and I recently purchased a new patio home in Centerville and needed some much needed electrical work. We have built/remodeled several homes and have employed other electricians to do work for us but thus far none were as prompt, knowledgeable and spot on with their pricing and even though the work he did for us was a little more complicated and took more time than he originally estimated he honored his pricing. More importantly he found an electrical problem that could have caused a fire and rectified the problem...Thank you Dan!

Anthony did a great job. He installed cabling for an over-the-air TV antenna, cable TV, internet and telephone in a new home that had been framed but not drywalled. Very satisfied.

Robert went out to one of my rental homes to install a new exterior light. He gave me a quote very quickly that was reasonable. Once I approved the quote he was at my rental property and had the new light installed within an hour! I would recommend him and use him again for projects in his area! Thanks for all of your help Robert!
