- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is FAR from Complicated. In most cases, You decide on payment amount. We will communicate and see what is your desired payment amount. After the job is complete, we can see together if the amount will be adjusted up or down.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Last week, a couple of Retired Ladies that I am very good friends with, contacted me to install a Blu-Ray system on their living room High Def TV system. I asked one of them if they had an extra HDMI cable. The reason is that, I have wanted to show them just how fantastic their 3 yr old Sony TV could really produce HD TV if properly wired. The first comment that I heard from one of them was, "OMG, it looks like John Stewart's Make up is not that good tonight." She had never experienced TRUE HD on her TV. Make up problems can now be seen clearly with true 1080p HD video. They were super happy with their system now.
