- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and reasonable. We typically are not the lowest price . Nor are we the highest price . Our prices usually are in the middle
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the job . Give them a detailed quality estimate. We don’t get money down until we have done excavation. After excavation we require 1/3 down and the balance when completed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in foundation repair,and waterproofing from basement systems. I am an authorized installer of several patented products and I have 30 plus years experience in concrete
