- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working here in 1985, the grandson of the founder, Joseph Schmidt.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs we do are house and business rekeying, more commonly known as changing tumblers, repairing or installing new locking hardware and opening and making keys to a customers home or vehicle
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
When we can serve people in our society who have been challenged with certain physical or mental needs and give them a system that makes their life more enjoyable, accessible and safe, that makes coming to work those days a little more satisfying.
