I wanted the cylinder changed on my locks after closing on my home. The guy claimed that one of the locks had to be completely changed out because more than likely the inside was bad. I agreed and said change the rest of the doors to match the one you change. This guy changes all 3 doors with cheap quick set locks when I had Schlage on my doors. Then he didn't even screw one of the screws in. Now its time to pay and he charged me a whole $241.75 for a set of locks I could've bought at Walmart in a value pack. Just relieved that I had my locks changed I gave him a $25.00 tip. When I looked in my account the total ended up being $291.75. How did my tip turn into $50 bucks😡. Don't use this company they steal and I've made an unauthorized transaction complaint to my bank...beware of bait and switch

Wow. I just saw that you requested a receipt , I gave you my card why couldn’t you text or email me. You paid tax not a $50 tip to me just $25 tip by your own choice I didn’t alter anything and it shows you the total prior to your tip. Also if you didn’t like the locks I could have switched them out we have 10 different types of locks you said you were okay with that kind, and even sent a picture of the key type you wanted and I used it . And I didn’t use wal mart locks I used kwikset locks from Home Depot. 6 locks plus installation for $240, tax don’t go to me and tip is optional, $100 in parts. So please stop lying I did not steal anything in my life, and you had to approve of everything before I left , not sure why you are trying to make me look bad , but a call would have made sense
