- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically around $75/hr but depending on the project I am flexible. I also work within customer budgets. Often times I will lower my price for less design options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first establish contact over the phone to get an idea of the client's specific needs. I then prepare a proposal/scope of work for the project outlining the various phases of the project, the timing involved, and the costs for each phase. This way the client has a clear vision of the project from start to finish. Phases include design conception, revisions, and additional pieces (when needed). Projects start when the proposal is agreed upon and signed, and the project is only billed upon completion.
