- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to begin with a free consultation either by phone or in person. The purpose of this consultation is to determine 1) if there is a need for an attorney, 2) an idea of the cost involved, and 3) to see if we would work well together. Depending on the circumstances I am available for after hour meetings and occasional weekend meetings. I try to avoid my clients needing to take time off from work if possible.
