True Home Ohio, though still in their beginning stages, has shown outstanding service. I have been pleased with the customer service I've experienced. The owner is prompt in responding to inquires and extremely personable. I would highly recommend this company because of their knowledge of property management and real estate in general. It appears they are passionate about helping their clients and bettering the community.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing is 8% of one month's rent for full management services. The leasing fee is 100% of one month's rent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number one most important thing to do first is to fully understand what your needs are. Some of our clients do not need full management service and prefer to handle some of the management/landlording needs on their own. The most important thing to do is connect and decide which is the best option for meeting our client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully and professionally licensed in real estate. Working under a fully and professionally licensed real estate brokerage company.
