I have been an entrepreneur and self employed for over 37 years, specializing in commercial, multi-family, medical, and residential construction, design, management, development, and sales. Throughout my career, I have owned multiple companies, including a custom home building company, a commercial construction company, a property restoration and insurance claims company and others. I also have extensive experience as a licensed catastrophe (CAT) insurance adjuster for 12 years, with a deep understanding of the insurance claims process. Over the past 3.5 years, I have successfully negotiated 100% of all property claims on behalf of each homeowner, ensuring that they received 100% full replacement costs for their roofs and other losses. As a two-time cancer survivor given a very slim chance of survival, I have gained a unique perspective on life and a deep appreciation for the goodness in people. I love my business as it allows me to make a significant positive impact on people and families and build meaningful relationships with every new friend (customer) I meet.
