Best tax prep service I have ever encountered . Polite, patient and experienced. Didn't feel rushed or non important, they took the time to answer all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will use their services from now on. I also will add Elliot had office hours on Sundays the only day I'm available due to my work schedule.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our tax preparation service are based on the complexity of the return. We charge for each form or schedule used in the return. This way you only pay for what you need. For a quote we would be happy to review your last year return to provide an estimate. For our other services we have package or A La Carte pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in personal service. We like to meet with our clients face to face to determine how we may best serve them. Once a meeting is schedule we review all of the information needed to prepare their taxes. Most often we are able to complete a return during our meeting. However, not every person is able to come to us so we can go to them. We also use the latest technology to work with clients that are out of state or overseas. For consultations our first one hour meeting is free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in finance with a BBA from the University of Cincinnati. I also attended the College for Financial Planning as a CFP candidate. I have been preparing taxes since 1983 and I hold the professional designation as an n "Accredited Tax Professional". I am also certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Over the years I have more than 1000 hours of continuing education.
