- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients pay a fixed monthly or quarterly fee for services and the annual tax return fee can be included in the monthly/quarterly fee. There is no additional charge for routine phone calls and email questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with a prospective or new client for a no-cost, no-obligation hour to review the client's accounting, bookkeeping and tax requirements and to determine if we are a good fit. At the end of that first hour, the client will be given a verbal fee quote for services followed by a written proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paul has been a CPA for nearly forty years and works primarily with owner-managed businesses. Client size ranges from $100,000 to $5,000,000 in annual sales.
