- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My reputation is backed by me staying true to my word. If I quote a job the price will not go up unless other additional work is added by the customer. At that time a price will be agreed upon.

all my training is hands on, talking and learning tricks from other operators over the years

I've always been around heavy equipment. farm equipment, trucks, and excavation equipment
