Philip took a very bad 1/2 bath in my basement and transformed it into an AWESOME full bath with a huge shower, for my son. I know he ran into to all types of challenges but he gave us exactly what we wanted. Also, Philip is extremely honest as he brought paperwork in to show me that I overpaid him and he gave me the money back. I highly recommend 7 Pneuma and Philip!!

I will never use the guy again he’s a floor guy but took of my toilet and broke bit. He did ask if he could replace it . I said no because he not s plumber. I ask if he could go around the toilet to put in floor. I had to call the plumber back to replace the toilet. He left bags in my house from the broken materials. Never ever again when I see his company runnnnn! He had a pompous attitude

Details: I'm flexible • 100 - 250 sq ft • Solid wood • I will purchase the materials • Home

Hello Renee, We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our work. Please know that we had every intention of completing the project professionally. This is why we removed and replaced the rotted subfloor—even though it was not part of the initial contract. We always strive to go above and beyond for our clients. Unfortunately, the plumber installed the toilet directly onto the subfloor. You had suggested that we cut the finished floor around it and caulk the edges; however, that method is considered unprofessional and not up to standard. When we removed the toilet to correct the installation, it accidentally tipped over and broke. We took full responsibility for that and paid for the replacement. We also agreed to return to complete the installation and clean up the area. However, we were later denied access to return, which prevented us from removing the demolition debris bag. We apologize for any misunderstanding and are happy to assist in resolving any remaining concerns. Thank you.
