- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a base of $30 for a 30-minute dog-walk or drop-in visit. We charge a base of $60 for a 60-minute dog walk or drop-in visit. (Add $5 for a second dog on walks. Add $5 for weekends or nights after 6 pm.) We charge $120 per night for overnight sitting in your home. On the last day, there is no charge if the sitter leaves before noon, and $60 if required to stay later in the day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial discussion of the client's needs and preferences with Kelly, the owner, we will arrange a meet and greet with the assigned Pet Care Warrior. That person will meet at the client's home to get acquainted with the client, the pet(s), and the home. We have an online system and a client portal that handles, scheduling, billing, requests, aftercare report cards, and instructions.
