- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At MM Construction & Land Services, we believe in honest and fair pricing. Every project is different, so we provide estimates based on the specific work that needs to be done. Our goal is to give customers solid value for quality work that lasts. We take pride in being straightforward about costs and making sure customers understand the scope of the project before work begins. Free estimates are available so homeowners can plan their projects with confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning about the customer’s project and what they would like to accomplish. After that, we schedule a time to look at the job and provide an estimate. Once everything is agreed upon, we set a schedule and begin the work. We focus on doing the job carefully and efficiently while respecting the customer’s home and property. Our goal is to complete the project with strong craftsmanship and leave the space clean and ready to enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in construction, home repairs, and property maintenance. Through real project experience, we have developed strong skills in painting, remodeling, deck and porch repairs, and general home improvement. We continue learning with every project and stay focused on doing work the right way, using proven methods and attention to detail.
