I've worked with Mike on several jobs and he's always delivered beyond what he promised. He loves to keep up with new technologies, and is able to explain complex ideas to non-techie people in a way they can understand, which helps guide projects in the right direction.
Some successful jobs included a responsive redesign for a trade association that boosted their traffic, increased memberships, and enabled them to raise their annual dues by 20%. Another was an e-commerce catalog with over 60,000 items and multiple custom discount pricing models that saw a return on investment in just over 2 years. A third was a full redesign for an aerospace company that included product photography, graphic design, SEO, document management, trade show brochures, and home page animation. This redesign increased traffic over a 3 month period by over 25%, prompting the client to contract another project once the redesign was done.

Mike listened carefully to what I needed done, and contacted me with frequent updates while he worked on my project. He’s great at coming up with cool solutions, and was able to translate "geek speak" into English so I could understand what he was doing. Everything was finished on time, the price was reasonable and I'm very happy with the finished product. I'll use Cool Webdesign again in the future.
