- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 for four consecutive lessons. I offer a finder's fee of one free lesson for every referral I get from a student. Testimonials are available by request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is assess the skill level of each student. That determines the starting point. The second thing I do is learn what the desired outcome is for each student. I.E. Do you want to play at church? Do you want to play out at a bar or restaurant? Do you want to be in a band? Are your lessons strictly for your enjoyment?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I performed 1000+ engagements as part of a six-piece horn band. More recently, I have played 2000+ engagements as a solo, ambient acoustic guitarist. Over the past 10 years I have taught students of all ages to play electric and/or acoustic guitar.
