FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a Business Management Major at Miami-Jacobs Career College where I am learning how to grow my ministry and business. Last month I was voted student of the month and said to bring intelligence, energy, and inspiration to the classroom that not only inspires students but the instructors as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My line of work came to me by first being invited to study music appreciation with nuns at the supplementary educational center in downtown Cleveland, Ohio when I was only 8 years old. After that I auditioned for the orchestra in the 4th grade and passed after the second time and was given a beat up old flute to start on. Later I started taking piano lessons with a neighborhood teacher and I was influenced by my father who was a gospel pianist and singer. I ended up touring Athens Greece in the 11th grade and by the time I got my first standing ovation at Severance Hall in the 12th grade I was hooked and decided I had to pursue music in college and I entered Bowling Green University as a Music Education Major that fall.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I play for weddings, funerals, Praise & Worship for churches local and abroad. I will be ministering as a musician and a pastor in Port-Au-Prince Haiti in July.
