- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that all my prices are usually flat rate, and labor and junk removal fee is all included. Only thing extra is different environmental waste or items that is hard to get rid of. Demolition is a separate charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is first building that Rapport with a customer get to know them a little get a background of their story and their why! I feel that makes the job a lot easier and less stressful for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in moving furniture and also junk removal. So I know the ins and out of both fields.
