- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial phone consultation -- we discuss the nature of the matter so I can determine whether it is a matter that I can help with; 2) Face-to-face meeting (when possible) / first appearance in court, as applicable 3) Sign Attorney-client contract 4) Work on the client matter
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School and have been practicing law in Northeast Ohio for almost 10 years. For my first 6 years, I worked as an associate attorney at a law firm based in Berea, OH before striking out on my own at the end of 2013 and ultimately moving my practice downtown this year. I gained experience in each of the areas in which I currently practice by working at law firms earlier in my career and while I would in law school. I also take continuing legal education courses and read updates from the various bar associations of which I am a member.
