Jimmy quickly answered our request and scheduled a same day appointment. He arrived on time to re-key a rental unit. This is an out of town rental property. Jimmy made sure not only to communicate with our on site representative, but he also text and sent us pictures confirming every lock change. His price was very reasonable. We would use his service again for future jobs.

He asessed our doors and determined that all of our locks were not working properly (we knew about 2 of 3). He replaced our locks to our specification and completed the job in under an hour. Very respectful and professional on this job!

I was looking for someone to repair my mother's lock on her house. Sent a request to Unlock It Today and got a response within minutes. Jimmy offered to come out that same day, and arrived promptly (it was on a Sunday late afternoon). He was very respectful and professional - needed to replace the whole door knob. Did so efficiently and at a good price. Highly recommend! I would not hesitate to use him again. 5 stars!!!
