- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable. We can make almost anything work. We know times are hard, but amazing work is still expected. At the same time materials and labor are not cheap. We want to be able to do our best work for the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person with new clients, although not required. We like to see the structure that needs work and build a relationship with our clients at the same time. We send out estimates within 24 hours and get right to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nicholas has been doing masonry for almost 8 years. He has been a journeyman for 5 years and has worked in the union since his teenage years. He completed his apprenticeship at 22 years old and has been learning more and more each day ever since.
