It depends on the number of people and the event
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new client I schedule a meeting so that we can get to know one another and answer all questions that they may have to make them feel at ease. Then they tell me what their needs are and I plan accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am considered a scratch cook I am self taught I have attended a few cooking classes and a course is safe handling of food but I hold no certifications.
