- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At LEWM there is no legal fee unless we win your case for you. Typically if a case can be resolved prior to filing a lawsuit our fee is 33 1/3% If a lawsuit is filed the fee is 40%. This fee is only paid if we win. If for some reason there is no settlement or verdict there is absolutely no fee.

Automobile accidents, medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find an attorney who has the experience and resources who can effectively deal with the insurance company and who can represent your interests in a courtroom in front of a jury to achieve for you the compensation you deserve. make sure your attorney has trial experience. When a client has a meritorious case, we work tirelessly to prepare the case so that our clients receive as much full, fair, and just compensation as the law provides including lost wages and reimbursement for medical and other related expenses. And compensation for that which matters most and cannot be measured by a calculator, including the loss of a loved one or loss of the ability to enjoy life.
