- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free consultations. Consultations last 30-60 minutes and can be conducted in-person or virtually (in-person recommended). Our pricing is as follows: 5 hours = $500 15 hours = $1,425 (save $75) 25 hours = $2,250 (ave $250)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation. If you choose to work with us we schedule a two-hour initial session during which we help you refine your vision for your home and create a plan of approach. Before the session is over we begin the process of downsizing and organizing working one-on-one We recommend clients work with us one-on-one throughout the project the though your presence is not required if you're too busy. At the end of the initial session we will assign homework to be completed before the next session. We'll check in with you via text message between sessions to see how you're doing. Most clients meet with us for about two hours every 1-3 weeks. As we go we develop a rhythm and make continual progress through the process of transforming your home.
