How TRAINING works: We have a consult to get to know each other and talk about your goals. I create a program for your individual needs. You can train with me at my gym in downtown Cleveland, or I can come to you at your home or apartment gym.
How VIRTUAL NUTRITION COACHING works: We have a consult over zoom or FaceTime to discuss your goals. We stay in contact via daily text and weekly zoom meetings as we shape your new healthy habits.
