- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on print quantity, size and quality of paper. We specialize in prints larger than 8X10. We can supply you with a USB card so you can get smaller prints from drug stores, etc. General prices per size, without quantity discounts, on Resin Photo Paper: 11X14-$20, 11X17-$24, 12X18-$28, 13X19-$29, 16X20-$38, 17X22-$45. Special in-between sizes are priced at .12 to .13 cents per square inch, depending on size. Price includes fixing, minor spot retouch and partial or complete free delivery in most cases. Archival papers at slightly higher costs. These prints are created on an 11 color photo inkjet printer with superior color fidelity, inks and papers; tonal quality unseen in printers with fewer color banks! We print some of the World's Best Gallery printing on some of the Best World Class papers!! Quantity discounts available. We have lower prices for student project work. Need to see school card. Special Discounts apply for Charitable Foundations. I can send you needed information about paper selections, price description, project details, etc. by text or by e-mail. Credit cards for Visa and MasterCard only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we can meet so you can show us what you need and we can explain what we can do. We can then show you paper finishes to give you an idea of what finish and paper type best suit your needs. Then, you can give us your image card or Images can be sent through e-mail. We print, then deliver; free for certain distances. Also, we use pro copy cameras if an artist needs to photograph a large art image for reproduction. $35 for copy work. We can provide a USB card of the image if you need a print larger than our 17X22 maximum size limit. Any Editing available at extra cost. We provide dry (not wet) mounting to provide you with the best professional mounting, if desired. We apologize in advance if we are a little slow on messages. We are probably on an assignment, and will get back to you as soon as we can. For quickly needed decisions, a text on the phone will alert us to your immediate issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Produced Visual Imaging all my adult life. Graduated from Kent State University, Business Major, cum laude. Have been a free-lance professional or have worked for companies of the Visual Graphic industry as a talent, manager and sales representative. Sometimes all 3 at once! I love working on image creation! My work comes mostly from technical or creative thinking, not graphic computer crutches.
