What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a student of this field so I do not charge a arm and a leg but I also produce great work and spend lots of time on a project. That being said I will never over charger for a project but I will not sell my self short.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding their idea, Expectations, Getting to know them, Understand why this project is important to them, Explain my thoughts and ideas and then make it happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a Student at Kent State University
