I needed professional photos taken of product that would be advertised on my website. Mr. Tabak was very prompt in his response and was willing to take on the job according to my specifications. This job wasn't a standard photo shoot, and he was willing to adjust his rates and timing to accommodate for my needs. He also offered suggestions for display of my product. When the photos were finished in the studio, Mr. Tabak was very quick to return the digital copies, with editing. He also wanted to make certain that I was completely satisfied and asked for my feedback along the way. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the photo session, and look forward to another photo shoot with Mr. Tabak soon!

We were very pleased with our experience with Andrew. We had 13 people in our group and scheduling a good time was very difficult. Andrew was gracious enough to rescheduled a Christmas visit with his daughter so that we could have our shoot. He provided ideas of off-site places and staging ideas that would accommodate our large group. He was very easy to work with during the shoot. I was extremely impressed that he got our proofs to us in 24 hours! He encouraged our input in editing so that we get the product that we are striving for. Photography is his passion and he will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

We hired Grafixer for holiday family photos at our home. Andrew was very professionial, but created a casual environment to give us the "less than stuffy" family photos we hoped for. Transfer of photos also very easy. Well worth it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is as complicated as the request. Since the possibilities are endless, there is no such thing as one price fits all. The product is created much later than the buying decision is formed. It is based on trust. We meet our set budget at 98% of the time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly upgrading my skill level. Taking courses and learning new techniques in trade seminars.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took photography in college, but once digital technology replaced the darkroom, I was hooked.
