- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to introduce ourselves and give a little info about our background and our philosophy of our business. Standard jobs can usually be quoted right away. More involved jobs may require an on-site visit and some time with the potential client to talk through the project, take some measurements and physically see potential resolutions or obstacles. We feel it’s better to take that time to ensure the job is done right the first time. This also gives clients a chance to meet us and ask any questions they may have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Read the reviews and shop around. Cheapest isn’t always best, nor is most expensive.
