My problem was resolved, and Bailey was polite and courteous. However, my only issue was that the company and Bailey were adamant about not helping me with cleaning or preparing for jetting my main stack. I am a 62 year old woman, and I had to lay plastic all over the basement floor and move heavy boxes to try to make a runway for any water to run to the drain in my basement. And although he helped with a box or two when I asked, he was very reluctant. I understand that companies have policies about prepping and cleaning up for a job, but sometimes as a woman my age, I just wonder what happened to things like chivalry. Overall, the biggest takeaway is that the main stack was cleared, and my bathroom is back to normal. Thanks for your help.
