Introduction: I provide a tribal fusion belly dance with elements of hip-hop, yoga, rajasthani, and Bollywood dances.
In this series, you will learn technique in a broad range of dance styles as well as basic belly dance vocabulary. Included in this, you will sharpen your skills using drilling methods, combinations and isolating various areas of the body. Included in this series is a variety of stretching, yoga, meditation and body (mind) awareness classes.
Belly dance teaches alignment, lengthens the body and tones core and key muscles groups by using the body's natural gravity. You will improve and sustain endurance with a low-impact and high-cardio dance workout.
