Ask for a demo of the product & call references. Be aware of any hidden costs The bigger named companies like to get you with yearly license fees & maintenance agreements. Is their equipment so unreliable you HAVE TO have a service agreement ??? If you buy it it should be yours, why have to pay yearly to use it ???
