About
Licensed and insured I am located in North East Columbus, (270 and Cleveland Ave.) in Forest Park East. (I am stationary, not Mobile.)
I am currently only able to groom dogs under 50 pounds.
Your pet is part of your family and I recognize their importance in your family. While they are in my care they are treated as though they were part of my family. Your dog has my complete undivided attention as i only schedule your dog at the specified time. No waiting in cage to get groomed. No stress listening to other dogs bark, or having to wait his turn. This is HIS/HER spa time. Hugs are free and very plentiful.
Brushing your dog is essential to his well being, especially if they havent be groomed regularly at this unfortunate time. Please be safe and healthy, I hope to hear from you in the near future. Loretta
How Often Should I Get My Dog Groomed?
Dogs with long or easily matted coats: every 6 weeks
Long-haired breeds that require less upkeep (such as collies): every 8 weeks
Shorter-haired dogs that just require a bath and nail trim: every 3 months
When in doubt, ask your groomer or your vet to recommend a grooming schedule

I really like the Head Over Tails with Loretta. She did the grooming in a timely fashion. I really like how she did his face. Looks like a new dog. She explained everything she did regarding different areas of his body. I feel I found a groomer that I like for my Avery. I am very satisfied with Loretta's work.

Loretta was very helpful and informative, she made sure our dog was comfortable as possible as she was with a new groomer. And I thought the groom itself was exactly what I wanted for our dog. She's a little but out of the way for me, but I'm sure I will use her again!

She was very nice, professional and my dog looks great. She provided the right cut for the breed and was fast and efficient. My dog came out happy as it only took an hour as versus my last groomer where she had to stay for half the day.

Awesome job!
My dogs seemed like they would have been happy to stay there forever.
She must have treated them extra special! 1st time my dogs were happy to get groomed, and an excellent job at their hair cuts. They both look so good!

Okay so I had been seeking a reasonable groomer for my boy’s. Well I found one guys. She was super nice and super professional. She grooms from her home so she doesn’t pay overhead and therefore has very reasonable prices. She did everything at such a great price. Bathed, anal glands, nail trim, cut and even the cute bandana and when they were ready we got a cute video to let us know. Not just that but she cuts by appointment only and one at a time. She doesn’t over book so when she is cutting your pups hair it’s just her and your pup. I am so relieved to have found her especially with all this craziness going on with Covid. I wasn’t worried about my boys being crated in a room full of other dogs. If you all need a good reasonable groomer she is the one to go to!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
start out with small dogs at 55.00 if I pick u . Prices range from 45 to 120 depending on size and what you want done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I brush out the dog first. . then do an initial cut on the coat . clean ears , express anals, clip nails, then bath the dog .. a( a flea bath includes 2 basic bath the second with a RIP flea bath that stays on the animal for about 5 minutes . they also receive a facial which is a special blueberry face shampoo that does wonders on the little faces and they enjoy the face rub too .. then a conditioner. . after they are dry they undergo a second trim that evens everything up . generally a spritz of colonge, then they get dressed with the bandana. at this point they usually prance around with a " look at me how pretty I am expression on their face that makes all the above worth every ounce of energy it took.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started grooming my own dogs years ago out of nessesity, , went to school for it and received my groomers certificate and graduated 5 years ago.
